Momentum Circle Formats: 

In order to maximize the value and for a richer monthly experience, we offer several formats to ensure that the groups provide a true “peer” experience.  Additionally, the format and content may vary in order to be specific to the issues and challenges facing the participants in each format.

  • Established businesses – for owners of established businesses
  • Solopreneurs – for small business owners whose whose businesses are is in the early stages of development
  • Individuals in career transition – for people in career transition who are seeking to clarify their direction
  • Ministers – a special group specifically for ministers and minister candidates

Example of a Momentum Circle Agenda:

  • Meditation – Each session begins begin with a brief period of silence to get centered.
  • Check In - Each member has 5-minutes to check-in on their aha’s, challenges, and progress on high payoff actions.
  • Featured Presentation - One member offers an in depth report on the status of their business. They receive innovative counsel, non-judgmental advice, and feedback on key issues, challenges and opportunities.
  • Open Discussion - This is the time to share and learn best practices that will help you grow and lead your business. Members also receive input on addressing key issues, challenges and opportunities they are facing.
  • Personal Accountability & Business Planning - At the end of each session members are required to complete a personal and business assessment. They establish goals and commitments in all key areas of business, personal, family and spiritual. They are held accountable by the group to accomplish them. You’ll be asked to report on your “Scorecards.”  The intention is to provide a structure for taking stock of your progress financially and identify high payoff actions that support you in thriving financially.
